Welkom nieuwe leden!

Welkom bij DVH Tennis! Deze nieuwsbrief is hopelijk het begin van veel tennisplezier op en naast de baan!

Na een zeer geslaagde Open Dag is ons park officieel geopend, inclusief onze vernieuwde banen. In deze nieuwsbrief zullen we jullie regelmatig op de hoogte houden van belangrijke updates, evenementen en activiteiten binnen onze vereniging. We moedigen jullie ook aan om onze website regelmatig te bezoeken voor meer informatie en om op de hoogte te blijven van alles wat er gaande is bij DVH Tennis.

Open dag en officiele opening van het tennisseizoen

De Open Dag afgelopen zondag was een groot succes! We hebben  tot op heden maar liefst 29 nieuwe leden mogen verwelkomen! De ochtend begon met een bruisend programma dat meteen voor een druk park zorgde. Het programma stond als een huis en zorgde voor veel vrolijke gezichten van ouders en kids! Onze complimenten aan de trainers en de organisatie voor hun fantastische werk!

Ondanks de dreiging van regen in de middag, waren we in staat om het gehele geplande toernooi te spelen. Iedereen was blij om de baan op te kunnen en het nieuwe gravel te testen. Met alle banen de hele middag vol in gebruik, kunnen we met recht spreken van een geslaagde dag! 

We zijn er trots op dat we aan alle potentiële nieuwe leden hebben kunnen laten zien hoe gezellig het is bij DVH. Bedankt aan iedereen die heeft bijgedragen aan het succes van deze dag, de banen en het park lag er prachtig bij en ook achter de bar stond alles klaar.

Na een zeer geslaagde Open Dag is ons park officieel geopend. We hebben gezien dat er deze week dankbaar gebruik is gemaakt van de mogelijkheid weer de baan op te kunnen, en we hopen dat jullie allemaal genieten van het spelen op onze prachtige banen.

Start laddercompetite

Ook dit jaar hebben we weer een singel en dubbel clubladder bij DVH Tennis! De clubladder is een actief laddersysteem dat jou elke 2 weken automatisch koppelt aan een tegenstander of ander koppel op basis van jouw speelniveau en beschikbaarheid.

Of je nu een nieuw lid bent op zoek naar tennismaatjes of een bestaand lid op zoek naar nieuwe uitdagingen, de clubladder biedt een geweldige manier om regelmatig te oefenen en te spelen tegen mensen van vergelijkbaar niveau. 

Je kunt je inschrijven voor de clubladders van DVH via de Clubladder-app of via de website van sportsconnections. De eerste ronde van de clubladder begint in de week van 1 april, maar het is nooit te laat om in te stromen. Dus meld je nu aan en speel leuke wedstrijden op jouw niveau terwijl je nieuwe tennisvrienden maakt bij DVH! Nog wat meer info op onze website

Clubavond

Op woensdag 3 april staat onze eerste clubavond van het seizoen weer voor de deur! 

• Vanaf 18:30 uur uur is iedereen welkom om te komen spelen tegen andere DVH'ers. Je kunt ook later op de avond instromen, we spelen tot ongeveer 22.30 uur
• Inschrijven is niet nodig, kom gewoon langs
• Je wordt ingedeeld tegen clubgenoten van uw eigen niveau (er wordt gespeeld in dubbels)
• Wedstrijden duren circa 30-45 minuten, tegen steeds verschillende tegenstanders
• Ballen worden verzorgd door de club

Dus zorg ervoor dat je erbij bent op woensdag 3 april en maak je klaar voor een avond vol tennisplezier en gezelligheid!

Welcome New Members!

Welcome to DVH Tennis! This newsletter marks the beginning of what we hope will be many enjoyable tennis moments on and off the court!

Following a highly successful Open Day, our park is officially open, complete with our renovated courts. In this newsletter, we will regularly keep you updated on important updates, events, and activities within our club. We also encourage you to visit our website regularly for more information and to stay informed about everything happening at DVH Tennis.

Open Day and Official Season Opening

Last Sunday's Open Day was a tremendous success! To date, we've welcomed an impressive 29 new members! The morning kicked off with a vibrant program that immediately filled the park with activity. The program was well-structured and brought smiles to many faces, both parents and kids alike! Our heartfelt compliments to the trainers and organizers for their fantastic work!

Despite the threat of rain in the afternoon, we managed to complete the entire planned tournament. Everyone was thrilled to be back on the court and test the new gravel. With all courts fully occupied throughout the afternoon, we can rightfully declare it a successful day!

We're proud to have shown all potential new members how welcoming and enjoyable it is at DVH. Thank you to everyone who contributed to the success of this day; the courts and the park looked stunning, and everything behind the bar was well-prepared.

Following a highly successful Open Day, our park is officially open. We've seen that there's been grateful use of the opportunity to get back on the court this week, and we hope you all enjoy playing on our beautiful courts.

Start of Ladder Competition

Once again, we're hosting the single and double club ladder at DVH Tennis this year! The club ladder is an active ladder system that automatically pairs you with an opponent or doubles partner every two weeks based on your skill level and availability.

Whether you're a new member looking for tennis buddies or an existing member seeking new challenges, the club ladder offers a fantastic way to regularly practice and compete against players of similar levels.

You can sign up for the club ladders of DVH via the Clubladder app or through the Sports Connections website. The first round of the club ladder begins in the week of April 1st, but it's never too late to join. So, sign up now and enjoy fun matches at your level while making new tennis friends at DVH! More information is available on our website.

Club Night

Our first club night of the season is scheduled for Wednesday, April 3rd!

• Everyone is welcome to come and play against other DVH members starting from 6:30 PM.
• You can also join later in the evening; we play until around 10:30 PM.
• No registration is required; just show up.
• You'll be matched against fellow club members of your skill level (playing in doubles).
• Matches last approximately 30-45 minutes against different opponents each time.
• Balls are provided by the club.

So, make sure you're there on Wednesday, April 3rd, and get ready for an evening full of tennis fun and camaraderie!
