DVH Tennis - Nieuwsbrief nummer 11 🫓

We ontvangen op dit moment veel meldingen over problemen met het afhangbord. In een aantal gevallen blijkt dit te komen door de app-instellingen: het is belangrijk dat de KNLTB ClubApp toestemming heeft om de camera te gebruiken, anders kan de QR-code niet worden gescand. Daarnaast zien we dat het activeren van de camera vanuit het banenoverzicht niet altijd goed werkt en dat het afhangen vlak vóór de starttijd soms niet correct verloopt, terwijl dit in principe wel zou moeten kunnen.

Belangrijk om te benadrukken is dat het fysieke afhangbord in principe niet gebruikt hoeft te worden: het scannen van de getoonde QR-code op het scherm is voldoende . Pasjes scannen of het aanraken van het bord is niet nodig. Het bord is uitsluitend bedoeld om de QR-code te tonen.

We zijn in contact met de KNLTB om de oorzaak van de problemen te achterhalen en te kijken naar structurele oplossingen. Onze excuses voor het ongemak en de frustratie die dit veroorzaakt; we werken eraan om dit zo snel mogelijk te verbeteren.

Registration is mandatory and possible until 25 May at 15:00. Participation is free for all members (including non-competition players) and visiting teams. Still unsure if you can make it? On the day itself you can still register at the bar, but note: full = full, and then the cost is €10.

Issues with the check-in board (court reservation system)

We are currently receiving many reports of issues with the check-in board. In several cases, this appears to be related to app settings: it is important that the KNLTB ClubApp has permission to use the camera, otherwise the QR code cannot be scanned. We also see that activating the camera from the court overview does not always work correctly, and that checking in shortly before the start time sometimes does not function properly, even though in principle it should.

It is important to emphasize that the physical check-in board does not need to be used: scanning the QR code displayed on the screen is sufficient. Scanning membership cards or touching the board is not necessary. The board is only intended to display the QR code.

We are in contact with the KNLTB to identify the cause of the issues and to work towards structural solutions. Our apologies for the inconvenience and frustration this is causing; we are working to improve this as quickly as possible.
