DVH Tennis - Extra Nieuwsbrief: Inschrijven Najaarscompetitie 🌲

Beste DVH-leden,
De voorjaarscompetitie is in volle gang, maar je kan je nu alweer inschrijven voor de Najaarscompetitie 2024.
Aanmelden kan dit jaar enkel via deze link; Inschrijving Najaarscompetitie 2024 - Google Formulieren. Komt u er niet uit via het inschrijfformulier stuur dan een mail naar de TC ([email protected]).
De uiterste inschrijfdatum voor de Najaarscompetitie is Zondag 02 juni 2024.

‘Spelregels' omtrent aanmelden
Mocht de vraag naar competitie spelen groter zijn dan wat DVH aankan tijdens de najaarscompetitie hanteren wij de volgende ‘spelregels’ omtrent de aanmeldingen.

Bestaande teams in dezelfde samenstelling als voorgaand seizoen behouden hun plek;

Als een team uit meer dan 50% nieuwe spelers bestaat wordt dit team als nieuw beschouwd en heeft zodoende geen rechten om een plek te claimen uit voorgaand seizoen;

Teams dienen uit een minimaal aantal leden te bestaan, bij Heren/Dames teams uit minimaal 5 spelers en bij een mix team uit minimaal 3 dames en 3 heren. Indien er minder spelers zijn dan bovenstaand dan kunt u zich wel aanmelden maar kan het zijn dat de TC extra spelers (uiteraard van vergelijkbaar niveau) toevoegt. Bij minder dan 4 spelers kan er niet worden aangemeld;

Teamopgaven dienen reëel te zijn, elk opgegeven lid dient minimaal 2 keer te spelen. Dit ter voorkoming dat er spelers worden opgegeven om een plek te claimen of om een hoger(e) team/klasse aan te vragen;

Teams die op de wedstrijddag incompleet zijn en dit niet melden aan TC zullen daar een waarschuwing voor ontvangen. Gebeurt dat vaker dan zullen de rechten voor het volgende seizoen vervallen;
De Technische Commissie probeert het iedereen naar de zin te maken en maakt een planning voor de dag (banenschema). Vanzelfsprekend kan hier van afgeweken worden op de dag zelf. Het is de verantwoordelijkheid van de teamcaptain om dit zowel met de tegenstander als met het eigen team te bespreken en op een respectvolle manier met de dienstdoende VCL om te gaan op het moment dat de planning anders loopt dan van te voren aangegeven.
Wilt u competitie spelen maar heeft u nog geen team dan kunt u dit ook kenbaar maken via [email protected].
Wilt u op de reservelijst geplaatst worden dan kan dat ook via hetzelfde mailadres.
Dispensatie
Wilt u voor 2 teams op verschillende speeldagen of voor 2 verschillende verenigingen competitie spelen, dan moet daar dispensatie voor worden aangevraagd. De verantwoordelijkheid hiervoor ligt bij de speler zelf om dit kenbaar te maken bij de TC. Mocht dit dus van toepassing zijn dan kunt u dit kenbaar maken via [email protected] en kan de dispensatie voor u worden aangevraagd bij de KNLTB.

We would like to inform you about the possibility to register for the fall competition 2024
This year, registration is only possible via this link; Inschrijving Najaarscompetitie 2024 - Google Formulieren. If you have problems with the registration form, please send an email to the TC ([email protected]).
The deadline to register for the fall competition is Sunday 2nd of June.

‘Rules’ for registration
If the demand for competition exceeds DVH's capacity during the fall competition, we will apply the following 'rules' regarding registrations.

Existing teams in the same composition as last season will keep their place;

If a team consists of more than 50% new players, it is considered new and has no rights to claim a spot from last season;

Teams must consist of a minimum number of members, for Men's/Ladies teams of at least 5 players and for mixed teams of at least 3 ladies and 3 gentlemen. If there are fewer players you can still apply but it may be that the TC will add additional players (obviously of similar level). If there are less than 4 players you can’t register;

Each member should play at least 2 times. This is to prevent players from signing up to claim a spot or to apply for a higher team/class;

Teams that are incomplete on the day of the match and do not report this to TC will receive a warning. If this happens more often then the rights for the next season will be cancelled;
The Technical Committee tries to make everyone happy and makes a schedule for the day (court schedule). Of course it is possible to deviate from this on the day itself. It is the responsibility of the team captain to discuss this with the opponent as well as with his own team and to respectfully contact the VCL on duty when the schedule differs from the one indicated beforehand.

If you want to be put on the reserve list you can also use the same email address.
Dispensation
If you want to play competition for 2 teams on different match days or for 2 different clubs, you have to apply for dispensation. It is the player's responsibility to inform the TC of this. Should this apply to you please make this known via [email protected] and the dispensation can be requested for you at the KNLTB.
